Our program believes in fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility among residents. To support this, we encourage residents to engage in leadership roles that contribute to the community’s well-being.
House meetings: Residents are invited to participate in and lead regular house meetings, providing input on community decisions, house rules, and activities.
Peer mentoring: Experienced residents can volunteer to mentor newer residents, offering guidance and support.
Community Projects: Residents can volunteer on a buddy system to encourage positive relationships, improve communication, and enhance overall engagement.
