1. General Conduct
Residents must conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and responsible
manner at all times.
Harassment, intimidation, threats, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated
Residents are expected to maintain appropriate behavior in common areas and during community activities.
2. Safety & Security
The property must remain secure at all times. Doors and windows should be
locked as required.
Unauthorized visitors are not permitted. All guests must follow visitor policies.
Any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or emergencies must be reported
immediately to staff.
Tampering with safety equipment, cameras, locks, or security systems is strictly prohibited
3. Curfew & Quiet Hours
– Residents must comply with established curfew guidelines.
– Quiet hours must be observed to respect shared living spaces and promote rest.
– Excessive noise, disturbances, or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
4. Cleanliness & Housekeeping
– Residents are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their bedrooms and shared spaces.
– Assigned chores must be completed on schedule
– personal belongings must be stored properly and may not block common areas.
– Failure to maintain cleanliness may result in corrective action.
5. Visitors and overnight guests
-Visitors must be approved according to program policy
-Overnight guests are not permitted
-Residents are responsible for their guests behavior
6. Substance free environment
-The property is a drug-free and alcohol-free environment.
-Possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited
-Violations may result in immediate disciplinary action, including termination of residency.
7. Financial Responsibility
-Rent and program fees must be paid on time according to the agreement
-Residents are responsible for managing personal expenses and financial obligations
-Late payments may result in penalties as outlined in the resident agreement
8. Respect for property
-Damage to property, whether intentional or negligent, is prohibited
-Residents are financially responsible for damages they cause
-Modifications to the property are not permitted without written approval
9. Conflict Resolution
– Residents are encouraged to address conflicts respectfully and constructively.
-Disputes should be reported to staff if they cannot be resolved independently.
-Physical altercations are strictly prohibited
10. Compliance and accountability
-Residents must comply with all program rules, policies, and written agreements
-Failure to comply may result in warnings, corrective action plans, suspension, or termination of residency depending on the severity of the violation.
-Management reserves the right to enforce rules consistently to maintain safety and structure
